When you purchase a product from my website, you are purchasing one of two types of licence to use the video content – either a “performance licence” or a “production licence”, which have the following terms respectively:
Performance Licence
By purchasing and using this content, you agree to the following terms.
What you can do
You may use the video content (“the content”) for live performances at events such as parties, weddings, and other functions. This licence covers use by a single user, or by an agency purchasing on behalf of their employed or contracted DJs.
You may make copies of the content for your own use.
If your event is filmed or broadcast and the content is visible in the background of shots, this is permitted and does not constitute a breach of this licence.
What you cannot do
You may not:
- Use the content in any full-screen broadcast, film, or television production
- Sell, rent, lend, or transfer the content or this licence to any third party
- Use the content in connection with pornographic, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or illegal material

Copyright
All content remains the copyright of Phil Bearman Creative Media Solutions (PBCMS). No intellectual property rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted here are retained by PBCMS.
Liability
PBCMS accepts no liability for any losses arising from the use of this content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the content.
Warranty
The content is warranted to be free from defects for 90 days from purchase. If you find a defect within this period, your remedy is a replacement or refund at PBCMS’s discretion.
General
PBCMS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. This licence is governed by the laws of England. If any part of this licence is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
Production Licence
The Production Licence was formerly known as the Royalty Free Licence. The terms are unchanged.

- Sell, rent, lend, or transfer the content or this licence to any third party
- Distribute or resell the content as standalone footage, stock media, or as part of any clip library or collection — even if significantly modified
- Use the content in connection with pornographic, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or illegal material
