How do I extract a ZIP file?

When you download my products, they are supplied as compressed ZIP files (also known as ZIP folders, ZIP packages, or ZIP Archives). You will need to extract the contents of the ZIP file before playing the videos.

To do this, on Microsoft Windows you can right-click on the ZIP file and select “Extract All…”, then select where you would like to extract the files on your computer.

On a Mac you can simply double click on the ZIP file and it should automatically launch the Archive utility and extract the files. If this does’t work, you can Right-click on the ZIP file and select Open With > Archive Utility.

Do the download links expire?

Yes, the download links are only live for 48 hours after being  generated. This is to prevent links from being distributed illegally. Please ensure that you download your purchases within 48 hours. It is your responsibility to maintain a backup of your product once it has been downloaded. Hard drives can and will fail, and laptops do get stolen, so backing up your hard drives is highly recommended.

What shipping/delivery options do you offer?

Orders received by 4pm are shipped the same day.

Orders in the UK will be sent out by 1st class post. Orders from the rest of the world will be sent using an International Airmail service. This service does not include tracking, and delivery time is not guaranteed, but is typically within 3 working days in Europe and within 7 working days in the rest of the world. However, this is subject to items not being delayed by customs processing in the delivery country.

Download links are also provided with all DVD orders immediately after purchase as a courtesy.
